ok, 4.2.32 is now good to go. another fix on radar 2 files whose time coordinates cross midnight.

we will have a new TDS out with these fixes very soon.

This has bug fixes and minor improvements, especially for nexrad level 2 radar reading.
If you are reading local nexrad 2 files, you should upgrade. The previous version had the individual ray's time coordinates wrong. Thanks to Harry Edmund for reporting the problem.
