stable release netcdf java 4.2.32 is now available at

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/documentation.htm

This has bug fixes and minor improvements, especially for nexrad level 2radar reading.

If you are reading local nexrad 2 files, you should upgrade. Theprevious version had the individual ray's time coordinates wrong. Thanksto Harry Edmund for reporting the problem.
