The data center for the PBO data and a good portion of the caribbean
data processed here at suominet is experiencing an unplanned outage.
Thus the PWV solutions are likely to continue missing the 80 sites in
the western U.S. and several sites in the caribbean until they are able
to trouble-shoot the problem.
