[netcdf-java] Ever thought about exposing a bug tracking system for NetCDF-Java?

NetCDF-Java gurus,

Have you guys ever thought about using a bug tracking system, so we
could know what bugs in NetCDF-Java have been fixed, which are in the
pipeline, whether there are enhancements planned, etc?

Would be really nice.    I could suggest at the next Unidata Users
Committe meeting, but just thought I'd raise the issue now...
