Dear Support Team,
i currently try to install netcdf-cxx4-4.2.1 with hdf-1.8.9 and
zlib-1.2.5. i installed successfully the zlib and hdf5 version by
following the instruction from the link
"http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/netcdf-install/Quick-Instructions.html";.
i try to run the "configure" script by following the script as well. But
unfortunately, i got an error:
" configure: error: netcdf.h could not be found. Please set CPPFLAGS"
i use following parameter for running the configure script
CPPFLAGS=-I/data//ProgsABU/local/include
LDFLAGS=-L/data/data/ProgsABU/local/lib ./configure
--prefix=/data/ProgsABU/local
find . -iname "netcdf.h" or locate netcdf.h showed that there is
anywhere this file. is the file missing or do i a mistake by the
configuration?
uname -m = i686
uname -r = 3.2.0-29-generic-pae
uname -s = Linux
uname -v = #46-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 27 17:25:43 UTC 2012
