A traceroute fails in Boston, so its likely an internet outage to them.
Hopefully not a trans atlantic fiber.

Hello everyone,
I am seeing that https://www.ecmwf.int, and their data stores, appear to be
completely offline as of 15:45Z, and have been since about 13Z. Does anyone
know if this is planned maintenance, or something else?
