Howdy,
Fun stuff today, anyway, I see this message below from the NCF and wonder if anybody actually got the missed level III data from the three hour outage? I don't have it and for example: 

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/native/radar/level3/nexrad/N0Q/DMX/20170213/

does not have it.  Any idears?
