"The value should be set to 4096 or higher or the value should be set to 0 in order to disable the check of the sequencing of IP fragments." 

Mine has been 0 for a couple years now without issue.
I looked at it from the other side of the coin that checking the sequencing was a good thing... maybe I was wrong... going to switch the relays to 0 for awhile and see how that goes... thank Ryan
