[ldm-users] question about notifyme

If I see a product via a notifyme on a remote host, does that mean that I should be able to REQUEST this product? Put another way - does notifyme limit products displayed to ones that match the ALLOW statement on the upstream host? Or does any ALLOW let you see all the products in the data queue for that host, even ones you can't REQUEST because the ALLOW is restricted with a regex.
