[ldm-users] Urgent: Some TAMU LDM hosts are down

The LDM hosts which archive radar and conduit data have to be shutdown - due to a miscommunication, such that the electricity provider hasn't received the "bill". 

I'll give notice as soon as get updates on the situation.
The ldm.tamu.edu host will (and is) still up and running (in another building).
