Hello all,

Early this morning NWS Western Region Headquarters (WRH) had a level 2outage for two hours that was acknowledged and fixed. NWS Eastern Regionhas been completely down since 16Z today, without a peep from NWS admins.Does anyone have any contacts there to find out what is happening, andwhat a restoral time might be?
