Power Outage at SSEC

Due to a campus wide power failure, SSEC was without power from
approximately 1730UTC - 1745UTC.  The LDM NOAAPORT broadcast from
sunshine.ssec.wisc.edu  is back up.  The McIDAS broadcast from
unidata.ssec.wisc.edu will hopefully be up soon.
