[gembud] Template 4.15 not defined

Hi All, 

I am trying to decode a number of GRIB2 messages, CAT, CB, INCLDTURB,
 etc. using dcgrib2 and I get the message:
 
 Opening WMO Originating Center Table wmocenter.tbl...
 Opening WMO GRIB2 Parameter Table g2varswmo6.tbl...
 getpdstemplate: PDS Template 4.15 not defined.
 Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I have updated all the tables from the Unidata downloads area but this didn't 
solve the problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
