every program I now run on 6.4 has this

"[IP -2]  The global parameter file GEMGLB.NTS cannot be opened."

whatever I am running at the moment completes, but the error has mepuzzled ..

and the lack of it being in them GEMBUD archives puzzles me even more

who wants to throw a dart at this one??
