[gembud] dc taf

Hello:


I am trying to decode the attached raw taf file using dctaf, but am getting 
nothing.  I'm using the following command line and get the log file below.  I 
guess the way I understood is that dctaf can be used to decode the raw data.  
Any help would be great. Thanks.
