Surface Divergence

I'm trying to display surface divergence and convergence (technically speaking it is at 10m) from the CMC Regional model. Can someone look at my restore file and tell me what I am doing wrong? All I get when it plots is a lot contours with a value of -2.9E-10. What I am looking for is a contour plot highlighting areas of maximum convergence and divergence at the surface.
