Roy,

WCS 1.0 (Table 9) states that time must be expressed in an extended ISO 8601syntax.

I assume that this is the same extended ISO 8601 syntax that is fullydescribed in Annex D of the WMS 1.3.0 specification. WCS 1.1.0 refers to thisAnnex even if 1.0.0 doesn't.
