Thanks!  Some seem to work and perhaps some not.  This may give us some clues 
as to why things are working or not working.  We may be back with more 
questions.

I was able to get an image using the following query. The image looks fine although I am not sure how many elements along time, elevation, x, and y are included in the image because I don't know how to save it into a file (the image was displayed in my browser).
