You can contract with Unisys to get DIFAX maps by FTP.
Either from Alden or another vendor?
The only route available to you is to use Unisys. Their deal is pretty nice
since it is, I believe, only $25/month.

At the bottom of their Homepage, they have a Contact Us hotlink. I would try
