Hiya,
The Bufr Java Package on the Unidata Decoder's web page has been
deprecated because it needed methods in the netcdf-java package to manage the
Bufr data structures. The code was assimulated into the netcdf-java package and
it can be accessed through the BufrIosp interface. The documentation is at:

The source can be download from the netcdf-java page.
